Sessions 1-5: Introduction to Quality Leadership

Get ready to dive into the minds of world-class business leaders including Bozoma Saint John (COO at Netflix) and Satya Nadella (CEO at Microsoft), exploring their thoughts on wide-ranging topics like flexible work, the "Metaverse," and the power of empathy. By studying what inspires top players, you’ll discover how different approaches and styles can all lead to effective leadership.

Sessions 6-10: Developing Your Playbook

Building on your knowledge from sessions 1-5, you’ll develop your own leadership chops, exploring how to navigate difficult decisions and lead with empathy. You'll create plans and presentations and prepare yourself to drive a team to success. No matter the project you're working on, these skills will propel you toward your goals and help you build an impressive portfolio to share with colleges and even future employers.

Earn Certification

Upon successful completion of this program, you will earn an official certificate granted by iD Tech, the exclusive K-12 education partner of Harvard Business Publishing Education. This program is graded as a pass or fail; students must receive 75% to pass and obtain the certificate of completion.

Ideal for learners who thrive in a high-energy, team-oriented environment! Your teen will collaborate with peers to navigate real-world simulations and challenges. School-year sessions meet for two hours each week for 10 weeks. Summer sessions meet daily for two weeks. Office hours are included for additional help and personalized guidance.

Private Class

Ideal for learners who thrive in a focused, 1-on-1 setting, need flexible scheduling, or both! Your teen will dive into real-world simulations and unlock new skills at their own pace, led by an experienced mentor who is dedicated to their success. These 12, one-hour lessons feature customized curriculum and are available to be scheduled 24/7.
